1. Why do I need to sign-up ?
Sign-up and you will be entitled to get $5 off with min $30 nett spend (Only applicable for new customer). Apply code "IMNEW" at checkout.
2. Can I get discount at (atrium/online/retail stores) after signed up?
No, the sign-up in our website is not a membership.
3. Where can I apply for Junior Page membership?
You can apply our membership at any Junior Page stores/ atrium fairs.
4. Can I get discount online if I'm an existing Junior Page's member?
Sorry , membership discount are not applicable in our online store at the moment.
5. Do you provide delivery and how long it takes to deliver the items?
Delivery fees is $5 (Singapore only) and delivery takes 5-7 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends).
6. How do i qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when you spend minimum $100.
7. Can I self-collect/pick-up my online orders?
Yes you can choose to self pick-up (FOC) upon checkout (order will be available for pick-up in 3 working days after the payment has been made) (excluding public holidays and weekends)

8. What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal and PayNow.
9. What is your exchange policy?
All goods sold are non-refundable/ non-exchangeable.
Please present your original receipt and defective item within 7 days from date of purchase. Item must be in saleable condition and will be checked by staff to determine eligibility of an exchange

All prices indicated on our website are inclusive of 9% GST .
