Why are most of the prices on Junior Page site so low?
The team at JUNIOR PAGE are constantly on the lookout for excess stock inventory from publishers and distributors all over the world and we pass on this savings to all book lovers!
Are your prices on your website similar to your road shows?
Generally, we try to ensure that the prices on the website are similar to our road shows. However, due to promotional offers either at the website or the road shows, the prices may differ somewhat. Please also note that the listed prices on the website are before the prevailing taxes (GST).
Why do some of your books come with a small marking or dot?
Only a very small percentage of titles bear a small marking or dot. This is an “industry practice” practised by some publishers who clear their excess inventory in order to ensure that they are not re-sold at the original price.
Why does Junior Page need to charge taxes (GST) on the listed prices?
JUNIOR PAGE is a Singapore-based website and we are a Goods and Services Tax (GST) registered business. Our GST tax reference number is 201208304-H.
All prices listed on JUNIOR PAGE are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and do not include the prevailing GST rate of 7%. As GST is chargeable by all GST-registered businesses on all sales of goods and services made in Singapore, all orders with “Ship-To” addresses within Singapore will be charged the mandatory 7% GST.
Rest assured even with the GST charge, our prices remain LOW and competitive.
How do I make payments for my orders?

For bank transfer payment, where can I find the bank details and how soon must I complete the process?
Once you have completed the checkout process, you will be directed to a page where the instructions for bank transfer can be found (shown below). You will be given 36 hours to complete the transfer before the order is deemed cancelled.
Do I need to inform you once I have processed the bank transfer payment?
YES, to avoid unnecessary delays to your orders, please send us an email to email@example.com with the following details (shown below) so that we can verify and follow up with an email receipt containing your order information.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
I try to place an order but can’t input a delivery address outside of Singapore? What should I do?
We are sorry that JUNIOR PAGE currently only accepts orders with a “Ship-To” Singapore address. For any orders with a “Ship-To” address outside of Singapore, please email your order request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be glad to assist you.
How do I qualify for Free delivery?
JUNIOR PAGE provides “Free Shipping/Delivery” for any single order that is $28.00 SGD and above (before GST) and is only valid with a “Ship-To” address within Singapore.
For any single orders below $28.00 SGD (before GST), a $3.00 SGD delivery charge will be imposed.
How and when will my orders be delivered?
Upon receiving your order with verified payment, we will proceed to process your order for delivery within 3 working days.
Generally, all packages will be delivered via Singpost Standard Shipping. In circumstances where packages need to be hand-delivered to your door-step, a date and time will be arranged with you beforehand.
Both Singpost Standard Shipping and hand-delivery is between 2 – 7 working days.
Will I be notified when my package has been delivered?
A separate shipping/delivery email notification will then be sent to you once the package has been processed for delivery.
What happens if I do not receive my package after 7 working days?
As we are using Singpost Standard shipping as a method for delivery, we are sorry that we are unable to track your package. Do drop us an email at email@example.com if this happens, we will try our best to check.
Can I make an exchange if the product I received is defective?
JUNIOR PAGE strives to ensure that all products delivered are in mint condition but should you received a defected copy, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll confirm the exchange details. We will only exchange items that are still in mint condition and any discrepancies must be reported within 3 days upon receipt. All exchanges are final and further requests of exchanges will not be entertained.
Do you have a refund policy?
JUNIOR PAGE does not offer returns due to unsuitability.
We will not offer any cash refunds unless the exact same copy is Out of Stock.
We are also not liable should you purchase our products from a third party merchant and will not accede to any request of exchanges/ returns if the article was not purchased from us directly through the site.
